ORANGE COUNTY, FL – July, 2026 – A crash involving four vehicles caused traffic delays Monday evening on an Orange County turnpike near Winter Garden and Ocoee.
According to a Florida Highway Patrol spokesperson, the collision occurred around 7:35 p.m. in the northbound lanes of the turnpike just north of State Route 408.
The incident included a semi-truck, a Tesla, a motorcycle, and an SUV. No one was transported by ambulance from the scene.
Traffic camera footage showed the SUV heavily damaged behind the semi-truck. The truck broke through the median, which forced the closure of three northbound lanes.
FHP said the crash is still being investigated.
