OSCEOLA COUNTY, FL – May, 2026 – A multi vehicle crash involving a dump truck and several other vehicles shut down the northbound lanes of Florida’s Turnpike in Osceola County on Tuesday, according to Florida Highway Patrol. The crash occurred just before 11:30 a.m. near Osceola Parkway, and all lanes later reopened.
Investigators said the collision involved a dump truck and an estimated six to eight additional vehicles. Several people were taken to area hospitals, and one person was reported to have serious injuries. Florida Highway Patrol continues investigating what caused the crash.
