GAINESVILLE, FL – October 2025 – Emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle rollover crash on I-75 at Mile Marker 391 North, just north of the Northwest 39th Avenue exit. Traffic cameras showed one vehicle overturned in the median and the inside (left) lane blocked. Officials reported minor injuries, and the roadway was later cleared.

Yes. The inside lane was blocked during the response, causing delays in the area before the scene was cleared.

Deputies and Florida Highway Patrol troopers responded to the scene; FHP is handling the investigation.
