TITUSVILLE, FL – September 2025 – A four-vehicle collision early Friday morning led to one fatality and multiple serious injuries. According to initial reports, a westbound pickup truck crossed into the eastbound lanes and struck three vehicles. The driver of the pickup died at the scene, and three people were transported to area hospitals with serious injuries.
