Dennis Hernandez, Esq. is a fifth-generation native of Florida. He graduated from Duke University at the age of 20 with a bachelor’s in economics. He graduated eighth in a class of 260 from Florida State College of Law and obtained his Master of Law from Harvard Law School at the age of 24.
After four years of practicing law, he established the Florida personal injury firm Dennis Hernandez Injury Attorneys at the age of 28. Since 1996, he has grown his firm to serve accident victims across the state by providing customized legal guidance in every personal injury case.

Dennis started practicing law at just 24 years old. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Duke University and continued on to earn law degrees from Florida State University College of Law and Harvard Law School. Blessed with multiple associations, memberships and awards, Dennis graduated from the Trial Lawyers College. Mr. Hernandez is one of only 1,378 attorneys who claim this distinction. In 1996, he founded firm Dennis Hernandez Injury Attorneys, which concentrates in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice and product liability. The firm’s main office, located on Kennedy Blvd. near Hyde Park, has served the greater Tampa Bay area for over two decades.
