Attorney Dennis Hernandez
Dennis started practicing law as an attorney in the 1990’s at just 23 years old. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Duke University and continued on to earn law degrees from Florida State University Law School and Harvard University, School of Law.
In 1997 he then went on to start the prominent law firm, Dennis Hernandez & Associates PA concentrating in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, civil litigation, and “white collar” criminal defense. The Tampa FL personal injury firm is on Kennedy Blvd near Hyde Park District serving the greater Tampa Bay area for over two decades.
Nicole Seeley is an associate attorney and proud member of the Dennis Hernandez & Associates legal team. She is originally from Plantation, Florida, but left her hometown of South Florida to attend the University of Florida in Gainesville. She received her undergraduate degree in 2007 in Classical Studies. After working in the business sector for a few years, she decided to go back to school to learn about the legal field and landed at Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida. While at Barry University, she was an active member of the Women’s Lawyer Association and participated in various on campus organizations.
Born in Richmond, Virginia, raised in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, and currently resides in Tampa, Florida. Samantha received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of North Florida, where she graduated Cum Laude. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law, where she graduated within the top 20% of her class. While attending law school, Samantha was a Student Ambassador, an active member of the Student Bar Association, and a part-time law clerk for a personal injury firm.
Mollie is a native Floridian; born in Panama City, and raised in Safety Harbor. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class. She then attended Law School at Barry University School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor with honors. While a student at Barry University, she was actively involved in a number of organizations, including acting as President of the Federalist Society during her third year.
