Attorney James T. Holloway is a highly skilled attorney with a wealth of experience handling numerous types of civil cases in Florida. Throughout his thirty years as a lawyer, he has successfully handled many complex product liability cases and other plaintiff personal injury cases, including automobile accidents and nursing home neglect and abuse. In addition, James is an experienced real estate attorney, having overseen all litigation matters for Florida’s largest independent title agent and managing many complex commercial and residential closings.

After graduating with honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 1993, James was admitted to the Florida Bar Association, Eighth Judicial Circuit Young Lawyers Division, and Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association in 1994. He is also admitted to the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Central District of Florida.

Among his many professional accomplishments are having served as Vice President of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Young Lawyers Division and as a member of the Board of Directors of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association. He has also been an honored member of the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association, where he served on the Board of Directors for two years.
