Vincent R. Milione II is a results-driven Florida personal injury lawyer who now serves clients as part of the elite litigation team at Dennis Hernandez Injury Attorneys. Born and raised in Central Florida, Vincent earned his B.S. in Legal Studies at the University of Central Florida before graduating at the top of his class from Barry University – Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law. His academic excellence—highlighted by multiple book awards, a Dean’s Study Fellowship, and service as Managing Editor of the Law Review—culminated in the publication of his article on student-loan bankruptcy during his 2L year.

Vincent began his career at a leading civil-defense firm, representing Fortune 100 corporations and numerous municipal and sovereign entities. After nearly four years of defense litigation, he brought his courtroom experience to the public sector as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Key West. Now completing an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy at Stetson University College of Law, Vincent has returned to Central Florida to fight for accident victims throughout Tampa, Orlando, and beyond.
