This firm was
founded in 1996 by Dennis Hernandez, a graduate of Harvard Law School, Duke
University and Florida State University College of Law.
Mr. Hernandez was born in 1968 and is a 5th generation native of Tampa,
Florida. He graduated from Duke University at the age of 20 with a bachelor’s
degree in Economics, graduated 8th in a class of 260 from Florida State
College of Law and attained his Master in Law (concentrating on business
and securities) from Harvard Law School at the age of 24. Mr. Hernandez
spent the following four years with two very large law firms handling the
most complicated and sophisticated legal matters. At the age of 28, he established
this firm, which has realized phenomenal growth through diligent commitment
to its clients and their legal matters.

In April of 2007, former American Idol Contestant Jessica Sierra assaulted Wisam Hadad at a night club in Tampa, Florida. She later pleaded "no contest" to the criminal charges of assault and drug possession. Currently a civil suit exists in which Mr. Hadad, a client of Tampa attorney Dennis Hernandez, is seeking compensation for his injuries. The high profile case has received local and national attention from most major media companies. |
